Misfits will be fielding its Academy team in LEC, according to reliable sources. The academy team will replace the main roster owing to lackluster results of the latter. A few hours ago, there was a leak about Kang "GorillA" Beom-hyeon's departure on Rush's stream that he's heading back to Korea. Gorilla's alleged departure from Misfits has raised eyebrows on the future of the roster. However, rather than finding new players and filing up the slots, Misfits has decided to field its Academy team in their stead, thereby giving the B-squad a chance to shine in the league and indirectly sending a message to the main squad about stepping up to the plate.
