Beastcoast is the second team from South America to qualify for TI11, the first being Thunder Awaken. However, South America as a region is not showing promise at international events. In the ongoing PGL Arlington Major 2022, Thunder Awaken crashed out of the event early in the group stage without registering a single win. On the other hand, beastcoast barely survived elimination and will begin in the lower bracket of the playoffs.
