Beastcoast and TSM have qualified for The International 2023 (TI12). TSM got given their spot by a lowering of the minimum requirement points which happened simultaneously with a
penalty for Betboom, who are no longer qualified to TI12.
Beastcoast qualifies to TI12
The team secured their spot by getting the better of Shopify Rebellion in the Lower Bracket Round 1 of the Bali Major Playoffs.
The team, who had failed to secure any DPC points from the previous two Majors, will be getting a minimum of 300 points from Bali, which puts them comfortably above the 901 threshold.
Beastcoast followed Evil Geniuses as another South American organization making their way to The International 2023, which means that this TI edition will feature four SA teams, the most its ever had.

For anyone wondering why that is, South America will get two teams qualifying through Regionals.
Beastcoast have had an impressive showing at the Bali Major 2023. The team was fighting tooth and nail to ensure that they would be qualifying to TI12 through points, and it worked.
They took a game off of everyone in their group, including Team Liquid. They had one of the toughest draws in the Upper-bracket of Playoffs in Gaimin Gladiators and, despite losing, still manage to take a game off of them.
The South Americans then had arguably the toughest draw of the lower-bracket in Shopify Rebellion who, although they hadn't been showing their best form, were still an intimidating opponent.
Regardless, beastcoast pulled through and have secured a minimum placement of 9th/12th which means 300 DPC points.
The current DPC Rankings
The DPC rankings right now have become a bit of a mess. The IO Esports investigation on Betboom's situation brought the team back down to 760 points, which is a single point shy of the new minimum of 761.
Betboom's position isn't clear yet. They might still qualify to TI12, but Quest Esports might put a wrench in those plans. After BB got eliminated from the Bali Major by Azure Ray, their destiny is no longer in their hands.

Luckily for them, Team Aster lost their lower-bracket match against 9pandas, but Quest Esports, the plot armored protagonists of the Bali Major, are still in play.
If Quest manages to pull off a miraculous top-2 finish, they'll get a minimum of 150 extra points, which puts them at 782, eliminating Betboom's hopes of qualification.
These 10 players will have their hearts in their hands while the rest of the tournament unfolds. Let's see who'll be the final team to be qualified to The International 2023 (TI12).
