The International 2018 is fast approaching, and all teams are gearing up for practice sessions ahead of them so they can attend the mega event with complete preparation. We are all aware of the fact that Chinese teams are the ones that have the most gruesome practice regimes even outside of TI's as they live, eat, practice and sleep together in a team house.
Dimitri Vallete, also known as Mali, posted on his Twitter handle the schedule for one such Chinese team. Despite not revealing the name of the organization, the practice regime does look similar to Team DK of 2014 featuring BurNIng, Mushi, iceiceice and company.
This is the schedule and rules for one of the Chinese teams that will compete at TI: - 13:00 to midnight, practice. - No sponsor or media allowed during the duration of the bootcamp (until they go to Vancouver) - No cellphone allowed during practice hours. [1/2]

The manager/coach/players are considered late after five minutes. After five minutes, they will be fined 100RMB/minute.

As you can read above, the practice goes on for 11 hours straight with no cell phones allowed and also barring sponsor or media interaction. Players or managers not reporting on time will also be fine with the former being on the receiving end of higher penalty.
What is your opinion on this matter? Is this practice schedule normal or overboard?
