100Thieves have acquired support William "Stunt" Chen from FlyQuest for their the 100Thieves Academy team, sources close to the team and player have told EsportsHeaven. Stunt is likely to play alongside Richard "Rikara" Samuel Oh, the AD Carry for 100 Thieves Academy, over former support Ryan "Whyin" Karaszkiewicz. With this change, 100 Thieves Academy look to better their NA Academy 2018 Spring rank of 8th in Summer. FlyQuest announced on May 3rd that they are transfering Stunt over to another organization, removing him from the LCS lineup. Stunt has been in-and-out of the LCS for a couple of years now and started his professional career in the Challenger scene, back in 2016 when qualifying for the NACS 2016 Spring Split in Astral Authority, then moving onto Ember, finishing in 2nd place during the NACS 2016 Spring Split regular season, but falling in playoffs to the 3rd-4th place. He has since been on TLA, Dignitas, and Phoenix 1 during 2017 Spring where he was known for his solid play alongside Arrow, finishing with the team in 3rd place. Under 100 Thieves, he should be able to gain a mentor in the veteran LCS squad, and will hopefully grace the LCS stage soon.
