GG Inero on Golden Guardians’ Playstyle: “It’s just too much hesitation. We wait a lot, we’ll talk about it, but it’s too late, and by the time we’re actually looking to make plays, like in this game, it’s already kind of over”
Golden Guardians have had a rough split, and now they are knocked out of contention for playoffs. With rough losses all around the board, they were never a team that many analysts expected to achieve high heights. With that said, that isn't what this team was constructed to do. Having shown base improvements, we can see that Golden Guardians are on the slow track to success, but it all depends on whether that will be in time for Summer Split.
Esports Heaven spoke with Golden Guardians coach Inero to discuss their progression as a team, inactive plays, Niles' development, shotcalling, and improving heading into Summer Split.
