Valve recently outlined The International 2023's roadmap by releasing information on the location, venue, teams, tickets and other details in a blog post.
The International 2023 is the ultimate summit where multiple teams across the world engage in a grueling battle to establish themselves as the best Dota 2 team.
Besides claiming the Aegis of the Immortal, the winning team also wins millions of dollars in prize money -- courtesy of The International boasting the highest prize pool in the history of esports.

The International 2023: Dates, Location and Venue
The International 2023 returns to Seattle, Washington, after a long hiatus, on Valve's home turf, right where it belongs.
The dates for TI12 has been announced with Valve teasing new ideas for the event.
TI12 kicks off on October 14, 2023, with the Group Stage followed by the Playoffs under "The Road To The International" banner.
The main event begins on October 27 and runs through October 29, 2023 with the venue being the Climate Pledge Arena.

The International 2023 teams
The teams for TI12 will be decided through the accrual of Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) points from regional leagues and majors.
So far, only Team Liquid has qualified for TI12 by accruing 1500 DPC points based on consistent performances throughout the season.
Gaimin Gladiators trails TL in second place and despite winning both the Lima Major and ESL One Berlin Major, they are yet to seal their spot at the crown jewel Dota 2 event.
Tickets for TI12
Information on the ticket sales for TI12 has not yet been revealed by Valve. We can expect more information to come to light in the upcoming weeks ahead of us.
