The Bali Major 2023 Playoffs Day three marked a return to madness at the first Indonesian DPC Major ever held. The first day on stage for the Bali Major Playoffs unfolded in front of a crowd at the Ayana Estate Luxurious 5 Star Hotel.

Day Three started in the lower-bracket with PSG.LGD reverse-sweeping Azure Ray in close fashion. beastcoast vs 9pandas followed-suit with yet another three game series with the pandas progressing to the next phase of the tournament in the second reverse-sweep of the day.  

Bali Major Playoffs Day Three- Upper Bracket surprises

  Onto the upper-bracket of the Bali Major Playoffs we went, where the glorious surprises returned. This match was a surprise all in itself due to the competitive ruling that brought Tundra Esports here. BetBoom were punished for abusing a bug during the upper bracket series where they 2-0d Tundra, which led to a forced forfeiture of the match. Given this decision, Tundra got the chance to play Team Liquid earlier today and did not disappoint. Seemingly back with a vengeance after the ruling went live, Tundra Esports broke the streak of 8 three game BO3s in a row at the Bali Major Playoffs with a 2-0 sweep of Team Liquid out of the blue! In a little more than 24h, Tundra Esports went from the first round of the lower bracket to the Upper Bracket Finals at the Bali Major Playoffs. Gaimin Gladiators closed off day three of the Bali Major 2023 Playoffs with a win over Quest Esports, finally managing to put a crack on the previously unbreakable plot-armor. This is a serious obstacle in the team's quest for reaching The International 2023 through DPC points, but the dream isn't dead yet. They'll have to run the lower bracket gauntlet which starts with a series against one of the most recent TI12 qualified teams PSG.LGD. Is this just a hurdle in the protagonist's journey, or will be the main quest be left unfinished?
