Following Street Fighter V pools, long time competitor Chris G tells us he still awaits an ideal sponsor to focus on his goals moving forward.

Chris G wasn't able to play as many games as he would've liked this year, but claims that Street Fighter V is where he's setting his sights, while still participating and supporting Marvel. While the latter lacks incentive, Chris G sees Street Fighter V as a "do-or-die" game.

However, Chris G faces a challenge when entering big tournaments with unfavored crowds. 

"When I didn't play Morrigan, everybody rooted for me," Chris G reminisced, claiming that as an underdog, he received far more fan support.  The competitor plays to win, stating that he wants to move forward and be somebody. "I just want to be comfortable."

Controversially, Chris G doesn't see prestigous tournaments as anything overly spectacular, and instead shares his views of the frequency of them to be an "endurance test."
