LGD Chris releases QQ chat logs, accuses LGD for escaping responsibility. Displeased with Homme being the secret coach.

On the evening of August 25th, the conflict between team LGD and their former coach Chris once again causes information leak. Chris continues his tirade on Tieba after his confrontation with LGD yesterday by leaking the QQ chat logs with LGD's LoL manager Wa Shao, and LGD's Support player, Pyl. He pointed out that not only did LGD avoid the subject, but they also encouraged their players to use all kinds of approach to prolong the conversation heading towards the "wrong direction".

From the pictures between LGD's manager and Chris, we can see a few key points:

1. The salary of QG's coach is about 1 Million RMB, which tilts Chris mentally. And compared to VG's coach Homme, the difference in salary is even greater. Other than this, LGD's promises to Chris did not come to fruitiion. For example, in regards to the association between Chris and his previous team, Newbee.

2. LGD responds that the team salary cannot be extremely high. At the moment, the team salary is only at the average level of LPL salaries. They hope that Chris can understand this and stay with the team to win the championship.

3. Chris also expressed the same sentiment towards winning the championship. But he won't let himself become a shadow of Homme. He thinks that his coaching style is completely different than Homme. He hopes that he is given the room to showcase his style, and he doesn't want to be blamed for the failure as Homme's scapegoat. (Apparent Homme is LGD's secret coach)

Chris: I am not coming back. You guys play well in the future.

Pyl: ..What...what do you mean...sigh, nvm...I cannot keep you. Come back and take the luggage.

Chris: I didn't leave because of money. I felt that after he (Homme) came, I had no say whatsoever. I agreed to cooperate with him after chatting with Wa Shao (manager). I did not discuss the money issue. But then I realized that his coaching style and mine are completely different. I don't want to become another man's shadow. I don't submit to him. Why do I have to become his partner? If he is so good, why can't he lead VG to victory? We finally made it into S5 Worlds, so why is he coming into to mess around? Is this fair to me?

Pyl: Can you come out tomorrow and wait until the match is over?

Chris: Discuss after the match ends?

Pyl: Can you?

Chris: Ok.

Pyl: We are still bros. Bro, your Weibo post sounded like we did something wrong to you and it's the players' fault. You can't post things like this from the management level. Think about it, didn't we say good things about you?

Chris: You guys didn't do me wrong. I also can't say anything about the issues at the management level. All I can say is they believe in Homme and not me.

Pyl: Think about it. How can we, the Chinese players, talk back to the Korean? Think about it from our perspective.

Chris: Then if they believed in Homme they should not have recruited me in the first place. What kind of treatment is this after they finished using me? Did anyone think for me?

Pyl: Did you know that they didn't believe they could bring Homme over?

Chris: Then they should have brought in Homme right after VG impoded. Who am I, the firefighter? Now everybody is flaming me for being the extra-cost coach from the outside. What do you want me to say?

Pyl: Ok. I see what you are doing. I will pretend that we never met. Management level issues affecting us players. Not bad.

Chris: The more I think about it the angrier I get. Linko told me today that their garbage coach at QG gets paid 1 Million RMB per year. I don't want to do this anymore. S5 Worlds let Homme take the lead. I really don't want to do this anymore.

Manager: Wait, don't be so eager. When the four of us first asked you to come over, we had reasonable considerations.

Chris: Homme makes 2-3 Million RMB a year. QG's garbage still makes 1 Million RMB. The 340k RMB salary you signed me...I really don't want to do this anymore. *360k. So mad.

Manager: Don't be so eager. Since the start of our club, it is never our policy to throw money at things. Using the players as an example, some of the players' salaries are at the average LPL level, but they still want to stay here. If you think it's not enough, I can discuss with the boss. Let her make the decision. The three of us can talk it over and come to a conclusion. Don't be so eager, tell me what you think you are worth and I will report it. But I want to say this, if you only want money then LGD is really not the best choice. Whether it's Newbee or some other rich club are all more sutiable. But if you want to fulfill your dreams, then I believe the players won't let you down. What you want will come naturally.

Chris: No sincerity at all. You didn't give the bonus that you promised me, ok whatever. You told me that whatever Newbee did not give me you would make up. In the end I had to ask someone else to borrow money. I am bitterly disappointed. Then when you invited HEMME (Homme) to come over, you also didn't ask for my consent. I feel like I am a retard that you hired to help you win and then discarded afterwards.

Manager: Where are you now? I am coming over to explain to you face-to-face.

Chris: I only told you think much because I drank too much today. I am really mad.

Manager: There are a lot of misunderstandings. Are you at base?

Chris: Yes.

Manager: If you are there then I am coming over right now.

Chris: Ok. Let's talk again tonight. I am stressed.

Manager: Ok.

Chris: It's best for me to resign. I really can't cooperate anymore.

Manager: I am coming in a bit. Talk to me then.

Chris: If I leave now, will our promise still be fulfilled?

Manager: I will pay you this month's 30k RMB in full.

Chris: And make up Newbee's shortfall? And give me when we enter S5 Worlds?

Manager: What are they saying at Newbee? Did they say they won't give you anything explicitly?

Chris: Newbee said maybe and maybe not. They kept saying that the money can't enter my account. I gave them someone else's account but they won't send.

Manager: We can only give out the annual bonus at New Years. We can't happily give out money like some rich clubs.

Chris: Are you saying that you won't give me? I am not at LGD anymore.

Manager: Many things have to follow the rules. You came for 19 days. I have already broken many rules for you. I still don't understand why you want to leave right now. Playing S5 Worlds, everyone knows that it's you. Nobody knows that Homme is here. Nobody care about the result. After winning the championship, you can come back and tell us that you want to go to another club to make a lot of money and do anything you want. Why so serious?

Chris: What I offered, my result, and what I received cannot be matched at all. And I cannot accept Homme coming over and rule over me. His style is completely different than mine. Also, if we followed his style and blow up at S5 Worlds, is that his fault or my fault?

Manager: Of course: I won't say anything to force you to stay. I don't mean it like that. I won't force things that won't happen but I don't want this to affect the players. I hope you reconsider this properly.

Chris: Yep, you are right. Nobody knows LGD has Homme. Therefore, if he mess up then it's my fault for everything.

Manager: Why you keep thinking that it will be messed up? Ok. Never mind. I don't want to say too much. I am really tired in the past few days and I just took a needle (doctor). Still, reconsider what I said.

Chris: If you think that he leads the team better than me, then there is not much to be said. The person that helped you guys enter S5 Worlds one month earlier was me, not him.

Manager: It's not what I feel, don't you understand? If I leave and disregard the team I can do this any time you know that?

Chris: In any case, I have already been flamed too much. I can't wait until you guys finish the finals. If you can't support me then I will just have to expose everything. I didn't leave because of money. You should know this. But there are a bunch of people outside accusing me of being the coach for money.

Manager: I will look for media tonight to prepare a statement. We should at least wrap this up peacefully.

Chris: How do you guys plan to solve this?

Manager: Preparing a statement right...I will send it tomorrow. I will show you before I send it out. Afterwards, you come out and bump it when we release the statement. Ok? Let me find a media outlet.

Chris: If the statement is not correct then I will also release a reply. I hope first you guys release it on the official blog (Weibo). Set the tone for now. Not good for everyone if it's messed up.

Manager: I will show you before I post anything. You nod, I release. After I release, I hope you can come out and support it. Calm down the tone a bit.

Chris: Ok.

Manager: I definitely won't let you become the scapegoat of all of this. QG you bunch of ***** want to start things *****.

Chris: I just felt that the Worlds ticket I earned was taken but someone else. I felt extremely uncomfortable and that's why this happened.

Manager: I know, they are our opponents in the finals. Why would they come out to say things like this being in such a sensitive position? It doesn't matter what anyone else says but them. Bunch of idiots. Hey look at this (Attaches Word doc.). You there Chris? I looked at your Weibo and their Weibo discussions. I feel that it's best that we don't say too much right now. Saying too much is not good for us. What do you think.

Chris: I just got up. Let me see.

Manager: No need to look at it. I can't release this statement. And we can't mention them from our side.

Chris: Let me see what is the tone on Tieba atm.

Manager: Ok. I took a look. Mostly people flaming QG. Even if this becomes a topic of discussion, you really can't blame us. You released a Weibo statement, he (QG) came out to pretend to be the good guy. Now there is a problem.

Chris: Why didn't you mention Homme?

Manager: Riot's ruling. Coaches from teams that are out of the tournament cannot go coach a different team. I only asked him to come over and give some recommendations. But to avoid suspcion, we will not mention his name.

Chris: I am the victim in this incident. Many fans blame me for this incident. I think for a large club it's important for you guys to clarify this or take the responsibility. Is there any solution which involves mentioning his name? Or let me release a statement. I will send you before I release. What do you think? I don't know what to say without mentioning Homme. If I don't bring him up then it sounds like I left because of money. I can't become a scapegoat like this.

Manager: What do you think?

Chris: I feel that in this incident, there isn't that much of an issue. And I agree that I won't mention Homme taking the yearly bonus. But I feel that if it comes to this, it will be very difficult for me to accept.

Manager: Do you really want us to say this on Weibo? This will cause a lot of stress for you. I really don't recommend doing this. You think about it.
