NothingToSay has a lot to say in respect to his Mid Hero Tier List for 7.31b. The charismatic midlaner for PSG.LGD gives his own take.

Hero Tier Bracket: The Ultimate Tier S

NothingToSay's ultimate tier has all but three heroes in the fray: Pangolier, Templar Assassin and Death Prophet. On careful observation, the aforementioned heroes have a staggering contest and winrate, thanks to the buffs they received. Damage dealers, disablers, all the while being fast paced, is the common link. Interesting to see Ember Spirit not make the list. NothingToSay

Hero Tier Bracket: The Secondary Tier A

The second tier list in NothingToSay's dictionary consists of three heroes as well: Invoker, Kunkka and Storm Spirit. What's the common link between NTS and the heroes above? They are all among NTS' signature heroes. He excels at playing these heroes but considering the slight nerfs they received, they are not as viable as compared to Tier S. Although Kunkka can be considered as the exception, from our point of view.

Hero Tier Bracket: The goners Tiers

Tier B, C and D have some surprising names but understandly so. Snapfire has fallen out of favour due to the significant nerfs she's landed. Seems like she can't spew those many fireballs now. Batrider as well doesn't bode well in NTS' list. Sadly, the bat is not getting a ride on the list. The most important of all are two heroes: Tinker and Void Spirit. To those unaware, Tinker and Void Spirit are one of, if not the best, heroes for the charismatic Malaysian. NothingToSay is a respected Tinker player and is considered one of the finest players to ever exist. Do you agree with NothingToSay's Mid Tier Hero List for 7.31b?
