Valve just announced The International 2023 Groups on their official
website. The last details of the biggest Dota 2 tournament of the year are now finally reaching us as we edge ever closer to October 12th.
Who got the shorter end of the stick, and who might've gotten a bit lucky at TI12? Let's take a look at the Groups.

The four groups with five teams each will be decided in round-robin BO2s, with the two last places on each being eliminated from the tournament.

TI12's Group Stage is split in two, though, so this is only the first half of it. Once we have the top sixteen teams confirmed, they'll play against each other to determine the seedings for Playoffs, like so:

What do you think about the Groups?
9Pandas definitely seem to have gotten the shorter end of the stick with Team Spirit's impressive victory at DreamLeague Season Season 21.
On the other hand, Team Liquid will have to handle Shopify Rebellion and Tundra Esports will have Talon Esports to contend with.
Gaimin Gladiators might have the easiest Group out of the most successful teams of 2023, but TI is never easy.
The Groups will begin in a little over 24h, onThursday at 10am PST. The tournament will start with some banger BO2s with Team Spirit vs 9Pandas and LGD vs Gaimin Gladiators.
All four Groups will be playing their matches simultaneously. You can check out the full schedule
here.
