Three more teams have qualified for The International 2023 (TI12) during The Bali Major. The last Major of the year presents a key chance for a lot of teams to ensure their qualifications through DPC points. Let's see who qualified and who still has a chance.
Teams qualified for The International 2023
This is what the DPC Rankings are at moment of writing this article:

As the point qualification threshold was lowered from 1160 to 901 Talon Esports, 9Pandas and Team Spirit automatically confirmed their spots at The International 2023. 9Pandas and Team Spirit also managed to qualify to the Bali Major playoffs.

Bali Major 2023 Playoffs are locked-in
The three teams are the first from their regions to qualify to TI (Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia). The only region still not represented at the tournament is China.
Who takes the remaining spots?
As we edge ever closer to TI's kick-off, teams are doing their best to ensure qualification without having to go through regional qualifiers. 8 slots are filled, 4 are free.
Currently there are six teams fighting for The International 2023 Qualification:
- TSM- 900 DPC Points
- PSG.LGD- 884 DPC Points
- beastcoast- 800 DPC Points
- BetBoom Team- 760 DPC Points
- Team Aster- 608 DPC Points
- Quest Esports- 232 DPC Points
All these teams with the exception of TSM are in the Bali Major Playoffs. TSM might still qualify if the point threshold goes down, as they are a single point from the needed 901.
PSG.LGD and beastcoast are right on the brink, but they're facing Team Liquid and Gaimin Gladiators respectively, the toughest opposition at the tournament. If they lose their first two series, they're out of the tournament with zero points.
BetBoom are likely in the best position as they're facing a weaker opponent and, if they win their first series they'll get a minimum of 300 points. Team Aster and Quest Esports will be facing each other in the upper-bracket, but, as can be seen above, their DPC rankings couldn't be more far apart.

A win here would ensure Aster's qualification, but Quest would have to go on and win the entire tournament to even get a chance at getting to The International 2023
through points.
It is definitely unlikely, but what has been likely about their Bali Major run so far?
